Digital solutions specialist Xperience Group has recently acquired business applications solutions and managed IT services provider GCC Group, a move that will see GCC trade under the Xperience brand.
The deal, Xperience’s third acquisition in 24 months and its first since Bowmark Capital invested in the business, strengthens its growing network of offices across the UK including Peterborough, Bury St Edmunds, Glasgow, Lisburn, London and Gloucester.
