The scheme provides 18 months of warranty cover from the device setup date and requires the use of original DEVELOP consumables. It is being introduced as a permanent arrangement for dealers meeting the scheme’s eligibility requirements, offering a further point of reassurance to discuss with customers when specifying their next installation.
Dean Ranton, Develop UK’s National Technical Manager, says: “This warranty is backed by what we see in practice: DEVELOP devices delivering dependable performance when coupled with original DEVELOP consumables. Our technical experience and ongoing cost analysis give us a firm basis for extending that support to 18 months.”
The launch gives dealers an opportunity to revisit their DEVELOP office offering and discuss both eligible devices and genuine consumable supplies with their DEVELOP UK account manager.

Dealers should contact the Develop UK team to confirm qualifying models and purchases, the scope of cover and the applicable conditions. The scheme applies to qualifying new purchases; eligibility, cover and exclusions are governed by the scheme terms.
