Workflo Solutions has acquired and fully integrated former competitor Incovo’s assets and operations into its expanding business.
In addition to an increased client count, Workflo Solutions will benefit from partnerships with leading vendors in hardware, cloud and hosted communications. These partnerships will enable the company to bring new products, services and value to its 1,000+ strong client base.
The Incovo deal follows a series of acquisitions in recent years, including the purchase of Pyramid IT, TRM, Redwax Ltd. and MacD IT.
