The UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™ rankings include organisations who have succeeded in helping their employees to experience high levels of wellbeing in their workplace. Facets assessed include work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, and financial security. Organisations must also show that they deliver consistency of their employee experience across all departments and seniority levels.
The 2026 UK’s Best Workplaces for Women list is made up of employers whose people have told Great Place To Work® UK they work for a place that is inclusive and equitable for all. Companies must be committed to ensuring a reasonable balance of women and men across the organisation; removing barriers to women’s career advancement; and creating workplaces where all employees, regardless of gender, can flourish.
Jodie Carroll, vice president HR, UK and Ireland and talent acquisition Europe, TD SYNNEX, said: “Being included on these lists once again demonstrates the ongoing commitment of TD SYNNEX UK and Ireland to supporting its co-workers. We are proud to have a diverse team with a wide range of skills, abilities, backgrounds, and experiences, and we work to ensure that every co-worker feels valued, supported, and empowered. We invest in the areas that matter most – those that enhance wellbeing, foster a sense of belonging and inclusion, and support personal and professional growth. The recognition is based on direct feedback from co-workers, making it a meaningful indicator of the lived experience across the organisation and affirms that our efforts are making a real difference, helping our co-workers to thrive and prosper.”
TD SYNNEX’s approach is shaped by regular co-worker feedback and a commitment to creating a consistent, inclusive experience across all teams, locations and career stages. This commitment is reflected in the increasing representation of women in leadership roles, with women now holding 37% of people manager positions, compared with 34% last year.
Further benefits available to all co-workers, include access to comprehensive private medical insurance, a health cash plan, dental insurance, discounted gym membership and 30-minute weekly mindfulness sessions.
