Following its acquisition by EVO Group, Complete Business Solutions’ leadership team has been reshaped to enable the business to effectively deal with market challenges and focus on growth. Following a long career at Complete in operations and sales, John Barker has been appointed as its new Managing Director and Elaine Collett as Head of Sales, supported by two new Regional Sales Managers for the North and South, Karen Blatherwick and Carl Rundle.
Other appointments include Pamela Wakefield, Head of Facilities; Lee Jervis, Head of Workwear Operations; Phil Sibson, Head of Interiors; Jonathan Thiem, MD of Technology; Nigel Hindmarch, Head of Purchasing; Ian Robins, National Service Director; Alex Gerrard, Interim Financial Director and Rebecca Bower, Senior Commercial Financial Manager.
EVO Chief Executive Andrew Gale said: “I am delighted with the progress we have made five months into our journey of Banner Business Solutions trading as Complete and can now confirm the right leadership team to carry Complete forward over the coming years.
When the acquisition was finalised, we set out the goal of ensuring the business would continue to be run by Complete’s talented team and we’re so pleased to have achieved this goal. The new team provides both the depth and experience needed to take Complete to new heights.
