Last month, a group of Lexmark UK employees – Andrew Bloomfield, Bill Packer, Carrie Kavanagh, David Jenkins, Dwayne Cowans, Gary Stevens, James Whysall, Jenny Marc, Julia Moffat, Kinga Hudetz, Kurt Kapeller, Lynne Brown, Matt Smith, Rafael Jimenez, Richard Andrew, Richard Pells, Ruth Frost, Steve Burford, Suzanne O’Connell and Tony Lomax – raised over £5,000 for the Thames Valley Air Ambulance.
The fundraising challenge was not for the faint-hearted, as the group headed off to the Peak District, canoed across Tittesworth Reservoir, abseiled down a very sheer cliff face, followed up by a gruelling 18 mile hike After reaching the finish line, all of the participants agreed they were muddy, tired and a bit battered, but very happy to have completed the challenge.
