The new Intuitive for DocuWare dashboards will be live and ready for the American market during Intuitive’s visit to DocuWorld Houston May 16-17th. The dashboards provide enhanced visibility for your DocuWare workflow systems and will be available through Intuitive’s network of partners.
Intuitive for DocuWare is a pre-integrated BI solution that delivers a set of template starter dashboards and components along with an API connector to access directly from DocuWare. These provide personalised, relevant dashboards based on the data from DocuWare workflow solutions and can be customised by DocuWare partners to meet individual customer requirement.
The Intuitive for DocuWare dashboards are securely hosted in Microsoft’s Azure cloud infrastructure, eliminating the need for on-premise installation or additional hardware and provides a reporting solution that can be ready immediately.
The solution includes a series of pre-configured dashboards for solutions such as APA including:
- Accounts payable overview dashboard – see how many suppliers are being managed, and your top suppliers by gross value.
- Invoices in the workflow process dashboard- see the status of invoices in the workflow, and to whom they’ve been assigned.
- Process Automation last 30 days- see which documents have been processes in the last 30 days and whether they were automated or queried.
- Process Automation last 12 months- see the level of process automation for your documents over the last 12 months.
