Flotek has completed its eighth acquisition (its third in South Wales) since the company was set up in April 2022 with a mission to help SMEs consolidate data and voice communications with one trusted provider.
The acquisition of Liberty Solutions (Swansea) Limited, a telecommunications provider based in Swansea, follows those of Gower Business Systems, Cloud9ine, Saecom, Mazing Tree, FlexiNet, ECS Solutions and Toolk-IT.
Commenting on Flotek’s latest acquisition, CEO Jay Ball said: “Liberty Solutions have been a trusted telecom provider for local businesses in and around South Wales. Joining Flotek means customers will now benefit from Managed IT and cybersecurity services from one technology provider.”
