Partner and channel marketing specialist, Coterie, has launched a new pillar to its business aimed at elevating partner marketing education and boosting skills in the sector.
The Coterie Academy will educate, inform and certify individuals on all aspects of partner marketing, the firm has also announced a dedicated partner marketing book and a Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM)-recognised training programme.
The book, called How to be Boundary Spanner, has taken two years for Coterie co-founders Helen Curtis and Jo Dunkley, to write and includes everything a partner marketer needs to launch, run and support successful channel and partner marketing programmes.
Coterie is also establishing a series of development programmes aimed at boosting the number of people coming into partner marketing. Training and guidance will be given by Coterie while individuals are already in the workplace in the hope that it could provide the incentive businesses and individuals need to show more interest in partner marketing and help fill the current skills gap.
