Ricoh and Toshiba Tec have resolved to enter into an absorption-type company split agreement with Ricoh Technologies Corporation (the Joint Venture company) by their respective Board of Directors.
The move which follows an announcement made in May 2023, will see the Joint Venture company integrate MFP development and manufacturing processes.
