Adam Councell has joined global specialist audio visual distributor Midwich as Chief Financial Officer and a member of the board.
Councell was previously Chief Financial Officer at Marlowe Plc, a position he held from 2021 through to its takeover by Mitie Group plc in August 2025. Stephen Lamb has stepped down from his role as Group Finance Director and a member of the board.
Councell said: “I am thrilled to be joining Midwich at such an exciting time. It is a great business with an excellent market position and a strong culture. I am looking forward to working with the team in the coming months as we look to execute the compelling growth strategy.”
