e-BRIDGE Global Print provides print enablement, so teams can print from anywhere, anytime. So long as users have access to the internet, they can send print jobs directly to cloud-connected Toshiba MFPs and securely release them when ready, at their printer of choice.
Taking things a step further, e.FOLLOW.cloud doesn’t just enable cloud printing, it allows you to manage it all too. As a Software as a Service (SaaS) print management solution, teams can control everything from the point of ‘click to print’ right through to selecting finishing options at the printer, all via a secure cloud server.
Despite their differences, these cloud-based newcomers have a few things in common. As well as flexibility, both solutions help to remove the costs of maintaining expensive on-premises hardware and software; both help to reduce unwanted print jobs and unnecessary wastage, and both use end-to-end encryption to ensure maximum data security.
