NTA Showcases Future Projects and Innovations at Partner Event Conference

NTA, a leading provider of telephony services and products, hosted a highly anticipated partner event conference on 3rd October. The conference served as a dynamic platform for NTA to showcase its latest advancements and innovative solutions, empowering partners to thrive in the ever-evolving telephony industry.

The conference kicked off with an engaging overview by NTA’s General Manager, Luke Grieveson, highlighting the exciting products and services that were released over the past year. Notable releases included additions to the exclusive handset range, Call Recording Bundles, and significant developments to the popular MobeX softphone. All of which had been well received by partners over the past 12 months.

Speaking of MobeX, one of the key highlights of the conference was the unveiling of enhancements to the softphone. With the exponential rise in remote work and the increasing importance of mobile communications, the updated desktop softphone offers partners a powerful tool to meet the demands of their end users. The responsive BLFs (Busy Lamp Fields) enable seamless call management, while the addition of group chats facilitates efficient team collaboration, fostering productivity and enhancing customer experiences. The integration of Google and Outlook contacts to the softphone enables users to access more than just their cloud contacts.

The MobeX UC Softphone is also on the roadmap. This is a Windows Desktop application that initially intends to replace our UC+ express license. Incoming calls immediately screen pop the caller’s name and number, and then the user clicks to answer. Numbers copied to the clipboard will be automatically offered to dial and you can also make a new call by typing the number if you know it.

Recognising the widespread use of messaging apps in today’s business landscape, NTA also introduced its WhatsApp integration solution, Whatex. This integration empowers partners to harness the power of WhatsApp for seamless and instant communication with their customers. By incorporating WhatsApp into their telephony solutions, partners can offer a comprehensive and unified communication experience, meeting the preferences of modern businesses and their clients.

Furthermore, the conference highlighted the importance of call recording in the telephony industry. NTA’s comprehensive call recording bundles equip partners with the tools to maintain compliance, enhance customer service, and improve training and quality management processes. With stringent regulations and the increasing need for evidence-based decision-making, call recording has become a crucial aspect of business operations for partners.

NTA’s commitment to providing an exceptional partner experience was demonstrated by Development Manager, Marcelo Terres, through the unveiling of significant enhancements to the partner portal. Partners were introduced to innovative tools such as TTS (Text-to-Speech), TPS (Telephone Preference Service), and Transcriptions, empowering them to optimise their services and streamline their operations. The user interface improvements and intuitive design showcased NTA’s dedication to providing a seamless and user-friendly experience for partners and their end users.

“The telephony industry is rapidly evolving, and at NTA, we are committed to staying at the forefront of these advancements. Our partner event conference provided us with an opportunity to showcase how our cutting-edge solutions address the current trends and challenges faced by resellers,” said Tom Rogers, Marketing Manager at NTA. “We believe that by equipping our partners with innovative tools such as the UC integrations, TPS, and call recording capabilities, we are empowering them to deliver exceptional telephony services and exceed customer expectations.”

NTA’s Head of Sales emphasised the importance of white labeling and the benefits that customers can derive from branding their hardware, sales tools, and hosted services. This was further reinforced by NTA’s recent win at the Comms Business Awards, showcasing the company’s expertise in providing white-labeled solutions.

To conclude the conference, NTA’s Founder/Owner, Paul White, unveiled the new partner package models, including Business Premium and Landline Connect. Both new models have been designed to replace residential and small business services at extremely low costs.

While the afternoon portion of the event featured a range of exciting activities, including bubble football, blind backward driving, speedboating, and archery, the conference remained the focal point of the event. It provided an invaluable platform for face-to-face interactions with NTA’s staff, networking opportunities among partners, and an in-depth understanding of NTA’s ongoing projects, solutions, products, and services.

“We were thrilled to have the opportunity to engage with our partners at this year’s conference,” said Luke Grieveson. “It was a fantastic setting for us to showcase our commitment to listening to our partners’ needs and taking actionable steps to enhance their services and businesses. We value their input and appreciate the opportunity to connect with them on a personal level.”

The conference also fostered an environment of collaboration and feedback. Partners were encouraged to actively participate in discussions and provide valuable insights, enabling NTA to shape future developments based on their needs and preferences. This collaborative approach ensures that NTA’s solutions continue to align with industry demands and reseller requirements.

NTA’s partner event conference exemplifies the company’s dedication to customer-centricity, innovation, and fostering strong relationships with its partners. By providing a platform for open communication and valuable insights, NTA continues to position itself as a leading provider in the telephony industry.
