MFD Solutions has strengthened its position in the managed print and document solutions market with the acquisition of World of Colour (WOC). This is the company’s fifth acquisition to date. WOC represents a strong strategic fit for MFD, with closely aligned values around service, reliability and customer care. Service Operations Manager Alex Bailes has joined the MFD Solutions team to ensure continuity and a smooth integration for existing WOC customers.
Following the acquisition, customers will benefit from access to MFD Solutions’ dedicated remote-based service desk, enhanced support infrastructure and wider technical resources, and more competitive pricing through the company’s expanded network. The move also widens the product portfolio available to customers, now spanning manufacturers such as Canon, Ricoh, Xerox and FujiFilm. The acquisition forms a key component of MFD Solutions’ long-term strategy to expand its reach while maintaining a strict customer-first approach.
