DocuWare honours Partners and their customers’ outstanding digitisation projects with its NEW Digital Leaders Award

DocuWare, the leading provider of document management and workflow automation solutions, announces 17 global winners of its prestigious new Digital Leaders Award. This industry award is given to customers/winners who, according to their DocuWare Partner, represent an ECM best use case in their region.

DocuWare first selected Partners from its global network who consistently exhibited outstanding levels of expertise in the implementation of DocuWare as well as strong customer growth and retention. These Partners were in turn invited to nominate their best customer (s) for the company’s Digital Leaders Award. Nomination guidelines required that the cloud-based customers being considered for the award should use a feature such as Intelligent Indexing; have a unique integration; use DocuWare companywide or across multiple departments or exhibit tangible process and workflow improvements and revenue growths.

Today, DocuWare is excited to announce 17 winning customers who were selected from its EMEA, APAC and US markets. With this new award, DocuWare honours Partners who have helped customers successfully implement and use DocuWare solutions to improve their business processes.

“We are proud to recognise our valued DocuWare Partners and their customers for their unique use of our DocuWare solution. Through their handling of these digitisation projects, our Partners have empowered their customers, allowing them to advance their businesses and positively impact the quality and efficiency of the work carried out by their employees,” commented Max Ertl, DocuWare President. “These 17 customers are digital leaders and their DocuWare Partners are part of a new elite group within our DocuWare community.”

This year’s Digital Leaders Award winners from the United Kingdom are:

Customer: DYWIDAG | Partner: Anota

DYWIDAG, an international construction company, embarked on its transformative digitalisation journey in collaboration with DocuWare Partner Anota. DWWIDAG’s growth and expansion led to the need to adopt various document management and ERP systems across different regions and branches. Managing these multiple systems was not only resource-intensive but also led to inconsistencies in processes and data across the organisation. DocuWare’s cloud-based solution seamlessly integrated with existing systems, allowing DYWIDAG to consolidate their systems, establish uniform processes and exchange data between departments and systems. This standardisation eliminated the complexities associated with managing multiple systems, enabled the organisation to operate more cohesively, saved staff time and enhanced overall productivity.

Customer: EFS Group | Partner: Keeley Travis

EFS Group, a transport and logistics group of companies based in the UK, embarked on a digitalisation project in collaboration with DocuWare Partner Keeley Travis. EFS Group’s Finance Department was hindered by time-consuming, manual processes that impacted their ability to operate efficiently. One of the major challenges they faced was cumbersome invoice processing, which not only impacted productivity but also tied up valuable resources. With the implementation of DocuWare, EFS Group was able to streamline their finance operations significantly. Manual invoice processing was transformed from being time-consuming to a swift and automated process. DocuWare seamlessly integrated with EFS Group’s existing finance systems, which ensured that their financial data and processes remained secure, streamlined and efficient. By relieving staff of repetitive manual tasks, EFS group achieved higher job satisfaction among their finance professionals.

Customer: Sovereign Housing Association | Partner: Restore Digital

Sovereign Housing Association, a leading housing association in the UK, has undertaken a transformative digitalisation project in partnership with DocuWare Partner Restore Digital. The company recognised the limitations of their existing systems in regards to managing tenant records and the intricate processes within their AP team. The implementation of DocuWare allowed Sovereign to digitise their tenant records, providing direct access to the files they needed. Even crucial documents such as gas and electrical safety certificates were digitised, ensuring quick retrieval and efficient management of essential information. The finance department underwent a profound transformation with the introduction of DocuWare – they now process invoices using the Intelligent Indexing feature and integrate data with their other systems, resulting in significant time and labour savings.
