Westcon-Comstor has announced an expansion of its partnership with cybersecurity and compliance company Proofpoint, becoming the first distributor in Europe to deliver Proofpoint professional services.
With an emphasis on scalability and speed to ensure fast time-to-value for channel partners, Westcon will deliver production-ready deployments of Proofpoint solutions through a series of off-the-shelf, partner-friendly packages based on Proofpoint best practices.
The initiative, driven by Westcon joining Proofpoint’s Certified Deployment Partner (CDP) programme, enables partners across the region to capture high margin services opportunities and accelerate recurring revenue growth, fueled by rapid adoption by customers.
This expansion marks the latest milestone in the two companies’ relationship. Last year Westcon-Comstor became the first Proofpoint Authorised Training Partner (ATP) in Europe, allowing the distributor to deliver Proofpoint- certified education and enablement services at scale to channel partners and end-users across the region.
