Following recent organisational changes at Asolvi, Vantage Online, the leading provider of ERP solutions in the Workplace Technology sector is proud to announce several internal promotions.
Having joined the Vantage helpdesk team in 2018 Chris Wright has been promoted from Senior Support Technician to Technical Support Manager. He brings a welcome fresh perspective and renewed focus on customer service excellence. With over 14 years of service and having been personally responsible for the onboarding of many of Vantage’s key clients Neil Woodward steps into the role of Professional Services Team Leader. He leads a team of highly experienced implementation and consultancy colleagues with over 60 years of combined experience in deploying and consulting on Vantage Online and its predecessor solutions. Additionally, in its recently reconstituted development and engineering function, Kundan Kishore becomes Engineering Team Leader, having joined the business in 2019.
Last, but far from least, Vantage Online is thrilled to welcome back Matt Houlden to his former role as Operations Director. Since 2003 Matt’s strategic vision has propelled Vantage forward, not least amongst his achievements being the initial genesis of Vantage Online itself.
