Scaling Snowdon

A group of eleven people (pictured) from Zyxel Networks and distributor Intec Microsystems recently took part in a testing six-hour hike up Yr Wyddfa (Mount Snowden) in Wales to raise funds for Birmingham Children’s Hospital.

Standing at over 3,000 feet, the iconic Yr Wyddfa is the highest mountain in the Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park – and the highest point in the British Isles outside the Scottish Highlands.

Intec Microsystems Sales Director John Lester said: “This charity climb carries a message of unity and hope. The joint efforts of Intec Micros and Zyxel Networks remind us that even in the midst of our busy lives and demanding professions, we can make a positive impact. We hope this sends a powerful message about unity, empathy, and the capacity for change that resides within each and every one of us.”
