TD SYNNEX has been Certified by Great Place to Work for 2023, following a rigorous assessment process that involved a detailed survey of co- worker views and experiences.
To qualify for the certification, organisations must demonstrate that they have a built a high- trust, positive workplace culture. The survey revealed that 90% of participating co-workers said that they are made to feel welcome when they join the company and are treated fairly regardless of their gender, race or sexual orientation.
A total of 957 TD SYNNEX co-workers responded to the survey – 72% of the total UK employed workforce. A response of more than 65% was required for the certification to
be achieved.
