When did you first join the print sector and what attracted you?
I first joined the print sector in 2014. I’ve always loved design and visual communication, and print allows those ideas to come to life in a physical form.
What do you most enjoy about your job?
The industry is innovating in ways that align with modern expectations. The intersection of technology, sustainability, and strategic partnership, is where I see real opportunity – and that’s where I’m excited to contribute and grow.
What’s the best bit of business advice you’ve been given?
Someone once told me that no one will hand you the answers – you must be proactive in teaching yourself. Whether it’s learning a new skill, understanding an industry, or figuring out how to solve a problem, self- teaching builds independence and resilience. They also told me to keep notes of everything, because ideas, lessons, and even mistakes, can be forgotten if not documented. That simple habit has helped me reflect on what I’ve learned over time. It’s advice that’s stuck with me and continues to shape how I work and grow.
What would make your day job easier?
Often, I’m balancing tight deadlines with the need for high quality, on-brand output – so tools that improve artwork proofing, streamline approvals, and provide real-time updates would be a huge help.
Which company do you most admire outside of our industry? T
he company I most admire is Apple. What makes Apple stand out for me is its relentless focus on innovation, design, and user experience. Apple has consistently pushed the boundaries of technology while maintaining a sleek, minimalistic aesthetic that has become iconic.
What excites you most about the future?
The evolution of the industry in which I am in really excites me about the future. The growing potential for smart, sustainable, and highly personalised solutions pushes me to adapt to these new challenges as businesses continue to shift toward digital transformation, print is evolving – not disappearing.

Early bird. I am down at the stables looking after my horse before the working day begins!

BLACKDOG BIOMECHANICS – an equestrian app that offers a unique combination of biomechanics and training to help both horse and rider increase their performance.

The last film I watched was a crime thriller called Caught Stealing, starring Austin Butler. I like thrillers that keep you on the edge of your seat.

I like to spend my spare time competing my horse and walking my dogs and spending quality time with my family and friends.
