ECI Software Solutions has been Certified by Great Place to Work for the fifth year in a row in the US and for the second year in row in Canada, UK, Belgium and Australia. The company was also officially certified as a Great Place to Work in the Netherlands for the first time, expanding its global footprint as an employer of choice.
Great Place to Work is the global authority on high-trust, high-performance workplace cultures. This certification is based on direct feedback from employees, provided as part of an extensive and anonymous survey about their workplace experience at ECI.
