Midwich has appointed Pete Webb to its Security Sales Team. Since joining the
company in 2000, Webb has worked in a variety of roles in Print, ProAV, Custom Install, Retail & Etail.
Midwich has had a dedicated Security Division for more than six years, distributing IP, HDCVI, AHD, analogue and network solutions from leading brands. The current surveillance market in the UK is worth over £500m.
Webb says his experience in AV will be a great asset as the surveillance and AV markets converge. “Security is seeing a massive convergence of technologies, with features like analytics offering business intelligence tools to help maximise return on investment. I believe my previous experience gives me a unique perspective on how Midwich’s end-to-end solutions approach can help support and grow resellers’ businesses,” he said.
